Part D out-of-pocket limit$2,100

The annual limit for covered prescription drug costs.

Part D: A plan’s annual deductible cannot exceed $615 in 2026. Some plans charge less or no deductible. After qualifying out-of-pocket spending reaches $2,100, covered Part D drugs have no further cost sharing for the rest of the calendar year.

Part B and IRMAA
